The 22 Project Return Policy
We want you to feel good about every part of your support—including your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition you received them

With tags attached and in original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If you receive something damaged, defective, or incorrect—contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and do what we can to make it right.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We’re not able to accept returns on:

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
For Our Supporters in the EU
If your item was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—for any reason. Returned items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
